Useless fnb law on call policy

Fnb law on call staff are such *****.. Can I post all the emails and show you'll how dishonest and *********** these people. You take the policy but when you need assistance with a legal matter they dont respond,I only get a response when I report them here on hello Peter. So I'm in a situation and need assistance il have wait 2 weeks but they promise within 48 hours,so they are lying and benching the contract. Then even when they contact you,they cant assist. So it's a waste of time,so I requested that they cancel my policy since it's no use to me but they dont seem to understand that I dont want to deal with fnb anymore,cause I cant trust them.. How can you trust them with your money.. Ii get better legal advice from google and Facebook for free,I dont need this stupid law on call..
