Useless FNB Insurance

I submitted a claim on 27 January for my car. We're on 08 Feb now and my claim has still not been resolved. I have had to follow up twice already just to get feedback. All I hear back is \I will phone you\" then it never happens. I am sick and tired of dealing with these *********** people. "
