Useless FNB home content insurance

I regrets taking FNB home content, it's a **** they would never recommend anyone to take that ****. They broke into my place 2 February 2025, I phoned them and presented everything they asked from me. Poor communication and never give feedback. Worse since i took this policy was never presented with policy documents, to my surprise when I phoned them, I'm told unfortunately the claim was unsuccessful because there's no forceful damage, *** because as we speak my garage door is not working. Main gate was locked, without my permission ********s forced themselves to jump over. How is that FNB blaming on me when I lost my items I bought with my hard cash? They can't even send me their decline letter, I'm so fed up. I want to cancel my car insurance ans that thing of theirs , FNB you are useless,
