USELESS FNB *******!!

I have to repeat this again! If I can give FNB -0 stars I would.

After my lenghty accidental *****ulent case, FNB has now decided to hand me over AFTER I have made arrangements to pay off my loan. An arrangement was made ONE WEEK ago! The amount that I have been handed over for is the full amount even AFTER payment was made.

FNB should change their slogan from "How can we help you" to "How can we ***** from you" seeing as they are trying to get even more money out of me.

I will be closing ALL my accounts with FNB and move to a bank that actually values their clients!
