USELESS FNB - F*CKEN IDIOTS

So they are continuing - now there excuse is they took no wait ST*LE double interest because of a new cycle. ***?? what bull**** is this?? f*cken uselss bank...and no one has answers...the one after the other who phones me knows f*cken less than the f*cken other!!! bunch of pathetic f*cken people at FNB.

Stay away from this bank, they are absolute the biggest ******* you will find in your life!!! I am busy closing all my accounts with them and today was the last straw... i have a revolving loan with these f&^%&**s never had issues until i told them im closing all accounts , they money started disappearing from my account unexplained!! *****ING money from my account is what it is! A debit order goes of monthly on the 25th for this account R3295.91 then they take interested which is normal, R1950.64 obviously there will be a bit left over in the revolving account after this happens.. usually R1100 or so...i always leave it there for the end of the next month....this month, they decided that they will ****en ***** whats left in that account and debit more interest. TWO interested debits in one month??? hahaha *****ing our f&^*cken money FNB. I demand this transaction be reversed. AND the to top this, their agent asks me, did i change my debit order date, hahaha what an F7*&^cken idiot...why would i do that??? did fnb now also do ***** on their side??? to get hold of this money?????
