Useless FNB

This bank is the most useless situation I’ve come across in a long ass time. They send e-mail upon email upon email and NOTHING ever gets resolved in a timely fashion with them. When you call the dumb ass call center you never get through to anyone helpful and that’s if you even get through to anyone at all because there’s like 20 000 option you need to enter and eventually end up at the wrong department or just another uns****ed and under trained individual that puts you through to the next *********** individual. Trash. Now I have to waste my time here too just to get someone to call me to actually speak to someone who gives a **** to help me! Every month they take your bank fees no question and not a day or even a second late but to get ANYTHING out of them is like trying to pull a chickens teeth!
