Useless FNB

I’ve opened the business banking account with FNB through BIzportal of the CIPC. I’ve received the Bank Card and account but the account is blocked. We were requested to submit the KYC documents and was submitted to *** and was told it would take 2-24 hours for the account to active. I’ve been more than 2 months going back and forth, jumping from one FNB branch to another, phone call after phone call (the consultants are always claiming they are escalating my issue and will be resolved almost immediately but stories change everyday)
