USELESS FNB CREDIT CARD DEVISION

I have been waiting 5 days for FNB to come back to me regarding the double payments they are taking for my Credit Card, not heard a word from them :) Let me be behind on my payments and boy oh boy they are phoning every day 2 or 3 times a day
