Useless FNB Consultants

1 Star is too much for the absolute USELESS SERVICE received. FNB Freezes our Business Account with no valid reason. No email, call or sms were made asking that we need to update FICA documents.Account was just frozen. I have been sent back and forth over calls for more than 1 hour to try and sort this. When I log into the account it shows FICA compliant. The account has been frozen for more than 1 week. How do FNB expect anyone to run a business if you can't pay employees or do day to day business?
