Useless FNB

Fnb is useless.

Their system of going fully electronic doesn't work and call centre / fnb app messaging can't assist adequately they even cut u off when they can't assist even before giving you a reference number

When u try to get hold of a branch directly it diverts you to a cell centre where once again no one assist.

Emails are unattended and no one response to online queries.

Trying to get hold of their FNB portside branch which is listed on their website as a location for biometric for home affairs but no seems to want to assist me and they can't give me any nunber to contact someone directly.

Can someone of importance from fnb please help
