Useless FNB

I've been with FNB my whole life and when I started my own company I also wanted to keep it with FNB. I opened my company under a sole proprietor as my PTY papers wasn't ready in time. Since then I received the papers and I have been trying to change my account from a sole prop to a Pty for over a year now!

Firstly they are useless with replying to your emails and when they follow up they come back to you with the terrible excuse that they haven't received any attachments yet. Ive been sending 100s of emails for the past year and attaching my documents everything and it is STILL not sorted. I can't go to the branch with these documents as they say that the legal team are the only people that can sort it out and they are only available on email. Well, the legal team are useless!

This is becoming absolutely ridiculous and a joke of client service. I would like to get this sorted asap FNB!
