Opening up an account with them online is an absolute nightmare.

They never stick to their timelines and always seem to take a lifetime to get the FICA documents from their courier services.

If you wish to call them to find out about the frozen accounts: - Expect to speak to at least 4 different people - Expect to spend at least 2 hours on the phone. - Expect that all 4 of them will conveniently disconnect the call. - Don't expect a reference number. - Don't expect any feedback. - Don't expect any timeline of when your issue will be sorted out as they are incapable of give you one.
