USELESS FNB BUSINESS, ***** BANK BEWARE.

What a poor and pathetic service of FNB BANK BUSINESS, my account has been on hold since 10/11/2021 to current. when i spoke to my bank said i my must contact the call center from the bank, i have been to the bank so many times i lost count. to rectify this problem, then i was told to send supporting documents which i did, then i contacted the call center again to verify all docs received she seemed like she drunk, as to i dont know what you talking about but she is contact person, People be very aware of account with FNB. And these *******s dont even call,sms, or email to say your account is hold.
