Useless FNB Business Banking

<p>I've been a loyal FNB customer for a very very long time, and never in my life have I received such pathetic, abhorrent, useless service as I've received from FNB Business accounts. Upon opening my FNB Business account I supp**** as much information as required, only to have to send the documents through repeatedly. I've gotten my business partner to send the documents through as well in an attempt to get the documents to the correct persons, after which a mail is received saying that the documents have been submitted, thereafter (3 business days every time!!!!) the documents get requested again! WHY WHY WHY! NOW I've received a phone call saying that the proof of residence is not valid seeing that my name on the account sent for proof of address is spelled incorrectly. WHY ON EARTH DOES THIS MATTER!!!!!! I've been a customer for a very long time, you've linked my business account with my private account, I've done FICA documents with you already, why on earth do you need to get proof of residence again!?! The problem is not with the fact that I had to supply the documentation, no, the problem is that you people seem to think that running a business without an account for 40+ days is acceptable, and that replying within 3 days is good enough, while my business is standing still! Please make sure that this complaint is sent on to the relevant person / department / management as I would love to continue this discussion further.</p>
