USELESS FNB - BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I have a business account with FNB, i opened another day to day account under my business on 19 September. A guy from fnb helped me, not telling me anything about documents, today i want to use that account and its hard locked with all my money in it. *** FNB??? pathetic service from you, now i need to wait 3-5 days because of your incompetency???? UNF%^$&^$ acceptable
