Useless FNB business.

Like always, I struggle again with FNB, a week (7days) ago, I paid off my revolving account, there is an option to close the account on my app, t wasn't successfull. After many phones calls they just waste my call minutes, because nothing is solved yet. A guy from FNB called me and said I must not use the revolving account, because it is in process of closing (it was on Wednesday), the same night after the call, funds were transferred out of my revolving account into my business account, it wasn't me, someone of FNB did it, and that is so that they can't close the account, because the want to make another monthly fees for the new month. So the money went automatically out off my revolving account in to my business account, I just left it like this, (because the guy called said I may not do anything to the account). This morning, that money is also put of my business account, so where is my R5475??? Because it is also not paid back into my revolving account??
