Useless fnb brooklyn mall
If you get a response from fnb after complaining here, don't get your hopes up. NOTHING has been done about my problems. I went into the brooklyn mall branch and when they said they were not going to help me Golden Chengeta refused to give me the managers name. Fnb is the most useless bank, stay clear of them

03 Jun 2021, 15:48The new manager called me personally and proceeded to resolve NOTHING. He spun so nonsense story about how I must log onto fnb via a pc and everything would be sorted. In true fnb style nothing of what he said was on online. And then I cannot even get hold of the branch, its pathetic when the only way to contact fnb is through hello Peter.
