Useless FNB branch, staff and VBS Recoveries

Yesterday visited FNB Mall @ Reds in Centurion. The ticket I received indicated a 28-minute waiting time, YES there will be if only 3 consultants are working out of a possible 7!!!! After a 40 minute wait and people being helped that entered AFTER me, I was told they can't help me to close the FNB account although I was in an FNB branch.

I need to close my account as I am still being charged account fees. This account was 'closed' by FNB 5 years ago I might add. I was told by the consultant in the branch that she can not assist me EVEN THOUGH I have a paid-up letter issued by FNB. I have to contact VBS Recoveries on ***.

I have been holding the line for over 40 minutes now just waiting for someone to answer the phone.
