Useless FNB

I have Adverse Listing on my name. Because I missed some payments last year and was handed over on my person loan. I've been paying the Loan Installements Infact FNB has been debiting my account. But now my credit score is bad even though my Account has been up to date for the longest time, No one helps me from FNB to Brooks & Lyt
