Useless FNB all talk but no action

As always I emailed through to FNB and went into the bank to dispute why I signed up for a covid relief ,yet my accounts all reflect for two months now I am in arrears .

I have been advised by the cashier telephonically and at milnerton FNB that this should disappear yet it does not.

I am not in arrears and have no idea why I even needed the covid help as this was the very reason why I opted in to ensure this would not happen

As you close the case on my covid relief everytime without any contact with me , as always messed up with communication and basic system work
