Useless fnb

I’ve been ****med by better.me and Iv been e-mail fnb ***** department for the last 2 weeks? They have been responding asking for more proof and I supp**** them with all the info and proof they need and after yesterday they just went quiet, so is fnb no on the *****’s / ******** side? Fnb is just as bad as the lousy ******** and ******* out there. Fnb is quick to take their money fees but when it comes or customer service they are all ****ing dead
