USELESS FNB !!!!!

Utterly useless bank! A month ago I paid R3000 into an employee's bank account by mistake - an account he is no longer able to access as he is a foreigner and had misplaced his passport. I completed the fund reversal forms with FNB and they submitted the forms on my behalf. Two weeks later, no funds so I spend HOURS in the bank for two weeks trying to get my funds. Only to find that they have lost my reversal forms and I have to start the application all over again. Except a month has passed and the account fee has been charged to my employers account (he can't even close it without his passport!) So now there are insufficient funds for me to retrieve my R3000. So I ask them to retrieve less than the R3000 and I am told by the bank manager that they cannot retrieve anything now. I am beyond livid. What an Utterly useless institution. I am going there tomorrow and best they bring in extra security because I am THAT UNHAPPY.
