Useless FNB

So a follow-up on my previous complaint (which by the way did not get resolved), I am trying to open a tax free unit trust in order to try and get back to level 5 ebucks. Multiple requests, NOBODY phones me back. Secure chat? They advise I must contact FNB on number 086..... Really? FNB offers a product, provides the option to apply on the app or online (and encourages this), but then they do not contact you? Poor poor service.

Oh yes and by the way, the secure chat is ABSOLUTELY USELESS
