USELESS FNB

FNB online applications are totally useless. Or they must smoke something. I simply tried to apply for a cheque account online and ended up being declined for a personal loan. How on earth? i don't want a damn loan, i wanted an account with FNB! either cheque or a savings account, it doesn't matter. I suggest they check the online applications process, as its not user friendly and a waste of time. I cannot just walk into a branch as there is not time.
