Useless Fnb

Can Fnb please explain to me how my complaint has been resolved, when I didnt receive a cent back of my R3000 paid into my payshap account from my cheque account? No communication, just a note left in my messages with my online banking. Your complaint has been closed.

Can someone from Fnb please contact me and advise when my R3000 will be reflected in my cheque account? I am tired of explaining the full situation. Find my.profile and read up on my complaint. I want my money, I demand it back it is mine.
