Useless fnb
I have logged a query on the app. I emailed all departments multiple times for some form of feedback. And just nothing. What a useless bank. I don't know why I am paying these huge fees for no service at all. Where can i ask for a refund. Useless useless useless¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

30 Apr 2024, 17:09I got a call yesterday that said my case will be escalated today only. Again no phone call and no one taking my issue seriously. The USELESSNESS continues. Again tell me what I am paying for every month. Is no one going to help me?
