Useless FNB

Two weeks back I wrote a complaint about my ***** case which is being handled like ****. On top of that the outcome was even worse. I dont get it YOU tell people then the app gets hacked and im being told oh ja the people that stole my phone knew my password as if to say ja I gave it to them here please take my money.

I got a msg stating you guys will give me a call which never happened. My frustration is beyong with you guys and you must understand me when I say I wont be paying back one fuxking cent to you incompotent people. YOUR "secure" banking app was hacked that is on your behalf I want my money back
