Useless FNB
So previously I wrote a review regarding Fnb's terrible revolving loan sales department... I was then called and told that after some investigation that the loan would be reversed with two days...It is now a week later. In that time I have called the call centre twice, was told i would be called back, or just kept being transferred...
It seems the rest of their departments are all run by incompetence!
