Useless fnb

Phoned on the 20th March for new card. Lady that assisted me did not say that the card im applying for i can get in 10min at the branch. I said i can pick up that friday. Yes your card will be finished. Get there card not there. Phoned in today coz its the 2nd April with no sms to say card done yet. Just to tell me the consultant the card is not ready, but i can go into the bank and make one under 10 minutes! How pathetic of service this is!. And now i wont ever us FNB again. Never again!
