Useless FNB
I have been with FNB for years and have now decided to switch after coming to this branch. I have never ever seen staff this useless and slow in my life (someone tell Telkom and multi choice). I have never used hellopeter but luckily I can sit here at this branch while waiting for over 45 minutes to collect a card. Leaving FNB because I do not want to bank with a bank that has such poor cultural work ethic. Disgusting!
