Useless First National Bank

Hi, there's this consultant by the name of Chad Ellias if I'm right with his name. He blocked or froze my account because he wanted to know where my money comes from. Being black as usual he never bought to my explanation. I'm stuck at Brooklyn Fnb branch without any help. I have been here since 10h30am. Fnb is so useless with its *********** consultants. I'm being moved from pillar to post.
