USELESS EMPLOYEES!! USELESS BANKS!!

I am the owner of a dealership called HT AUTO and have been a client of FNB for may years. I have recently required the financial services of FNB and went to the Northrand road branch in Boksburg. The Business manager was too eager to come to my offices to get my staff to open accounts with them, but did nothing about getting my company the financial gain it requires. He provided me with his numbers and i have tried to call him many times but he does not answer and does not bother to come back to us regarding the facility we require and this was more than two months ago. I don't see how the bank can be there for their clients if the people that work for the bank don't do their job, yet I'm being charged huge amounts o =f money for bank charges, but i should rather keep my money under my bed and not be charged for it and no promises can be made that can not be kept. I would like a banker with authority to come to my offices and provide me with the service i require and also provide my company with the facility it needs to expand.
