USELESS EMPLOYEES

I previously lodged an inquiry around an account that was recklessly granted to me and has since prescribed. The incompetence of the employees at FNB is astonishing. They cannot provide me with proper feedback and I have to point out things on their own documentation which they overlook. I do not understand why it is taking more than 3 months to send me what I am requesting. This is complete utter nonsense.
