Useless eBucks shop

I purchased an item from the eBucks shop more than 2 weeks ago with an estimated delivery date of 2 October. I have called FNB to log queries and complaints regarding delivery which still hasn’t taken place. Today I received an automated text stating that the order is ready to go but not once have I received a follow-up call, as promised, regarding my queries and complaints. To anyone reading this, you are far better off converting your eBucks into vouchers and purchasing in store. With every eBucks order I’ve placed there’s been endless problems with logistics and communication. FNB has no business operating an ecommerce store, you’ll die of frustration long before your order is delivered!
