USELESS EBUCKS SHOP!

I ordered FIFA 20 from the Ebucks store. It was then supposed to be delivered last week Thursday (27/09/2019) It never arrived, so everyday from then i have been calling Ebucks, and every day I get the same answer, 'we will look into it and get back to you' NO ONE has ever gotten back to me! I finally manged to get a tracking number and contact the courier company, they said it was out for delivery yesterday (03/10/2019) Then at 19H19 last night i get a message from Ebucks my parcel has been delivered, but it hasn't been! I called the courier company this morning and they say the order was cancelled an the package returned! Can someone sort this mess out ASAP! I now have no game and Ebucks has my money! Another week of not playing FIFA ( that I PRE ordered so i could get it at release date)
