Useless Ebucks
I have been trying almost the entire day to make a purchase on Takealot.com and to pay with my Ebucks however I keep getting a message saying an error has occurred, this is beyond frustrating. You are so quick to market and advertise Ebucks but when you try to use it, it's a nightmare.

10 Aug 2021, 22:58One of your agents tried to call me about this matter, I missed the call because I was busy, she left a voice message saying that I must phone you back, seriously? You make just one attempt to call a client back on a complaint, this is pathetic. Call me again and keep trying until I answer, or give me the email address of someone senior I can liaise with by email.
