Useless

I open a new business account on Tuesday and still not active. Tried to phone business banking this morning and waited for ever and no answer. Received an email now that they require more documentation and when sending it to ***, it says that the mailbox at FNB is full and cannot accept messages. What a waste of time. Tried to phone business banking to inform them and again no answer.
