Useless

Bombarded with IndividualCRS form emails from FNB for months. I have submitted the forms THREE times but no, FNB still want to pester me about it. To make matters worse, they sent me an email TELLING me what answers to write on a “yes/no” question! How shameful and shocking. You’d think I was a millionaire with all this email bombardment from them yet I have a measly few hundred rands in my account!
