Useless Digital Helpdesk Chat platform

The new digital platform Contact Centre and Chat are useless. There is no Contact Number on either the App or on the website once you have logged in and the "Chat" person have no clue??? What happened with the free contact numbers? The "My team of Bankers" are not competent enough to assist!
