Useless ***** dept

I was de*****ed (cyber attack) through booking.com on 09 November 2023 for an amount of R7981. I immediately contacted FNB to stop the transaction on the same day. I requested FNB to intercept the transaction as it reflected as Pending on my account for 3 days. They didnt take action, as a result I made a loss. Only got a response from the ***** dept over a month later to tell me ‘tough for you’, this is after several follow ups. Worst bank ever
