Useless Departments

There is seriously something wrong with FNB's special departments (i.e. FICA and DebtReview Centre department).

I settled all my debt and got cleared in 2023. FNB sent a confirmation email that my status had been changed from DebtReview to "normal", in 2023. Only for me to find out last week that on my home loan they still have my profile as "under debt review". A whole year and a half for something as simple as a few clicks to change my status, and they still haven't done it. They also use a **** number for contacting them ***.
