USELESS ***** DEPARTMENT

FNB has the most useless ***** department I've ever encountered. It's been 3 months since I lodged a ***** case, and to date, no one is updating me on the matter. I would call the ***** department, and they would still transfer me from one department to another or hang up the phone, and there is no direct line to the investigators whatsoever. We pay for a monthly service, but we are not getting any service from them.
