Useless Delivery FNB Service Provider

FNB has the worst delivery service ever (Takealot) . I am a businessman and had to stay home just to receive my card which still hasn't arrived. First they cannot give you more or less a time but instead that the delivery will be done before 5pm. It is now 18:20. I called them and it was said that the driver is coming out to me(that was at 16:20) Still no one has arrived. Now my business card is expired.
