USELESS: Deceased estate dept

Date of Death: 27 Aug 2020 Date of sending ALL necessary documents to FNB so that the Masters Court can issue an LOA: 17 Sept 2020. We are currently not getting any feedback from FNB. How in the world has FNB still not obtained a Letter of Authority almost a year later? What is then the point of having a Will with them if they can't even get through the 1st step of obtaining an LOA?
