Useless

Useless, first of all it takes forever to get through to a consultant and then they can’t help you and need to be transferred to someone else who then answers and puts down.... I then requested a settlement amount for my loan which I then received and is more than the outstanding amount.... I will be moving banks ASAP! Thank you FNB
