useless

I don't even think that FNB are worthy to even receive this one star rating. I wrote my fist on the 3rd of December 2020 and still I am still waiting on FNB to resolve my issue. Today is the 21st and I am at a lost for words honestly. After I received my rehabilitation order all my accounts were removed from ITC except for my FNB loan account. FNB has been given me the run around since November and no one at FNB can help me. I log a complain. It gets sorted out half way and then the person I deal with just does not respond or they just say they are unable to assist me. Ai Where to from here
