Useless customer service......why bank with FNB

I logged my first complaint on hellopeter the 23rd December after a months fighting with FIRST NATIONAL BANK. Since then I have received NO closure to my compliant, Both Debt Busters AND FIRST NATIONAL BANK just seem to dissapear. They never available telephonically. I am currently looking for employment, but because my credit score is not yet clear, I am being turned down. I have raised many tickets, I have repeated myself over and over. Debt Busters AND FIRST NATIONAL BANK can't even manage my own payment to them. All my accounts have being paid in full they are still not closed on the credit bureau. NEVER HAPPENS. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING. OR seriously do I go to Carte Blanche next with all my proof and correspondence.
