Useless Customer Service & Potential *****

Trying to sort out a debt order dispute this morning - had the call dropped 3 times on me, been bounced from pillar to post, one number I was provided is no longer in use, and I am no closer to figuring out why I was debted for accounts that I have paid off!!!
