Useless customer service FNB

I’ve had the WORST experience with FNB whilst trying to open a bank account with them. I specifically started this process before work in order to avoid delays. I’ve had to use lunch breaks to be bounced from consultant to consultant (& wrong departments) and even went as far as going into Sandton city branch with no assistance. My query was simple, why the validation has been taking this long. I’ve had no help and am disgusted by the lack of customer service.
