Useless customer service

I am at my wits end. Your agents are *********** and cannot understand a simple request. **********ly edit emails and don't deliver what's promised. I am waiting for more than a month for a payment into a closed credit card to be refunded. Credit card is with FNB and payment made via the FNB app. This was on 19th March. Your agents can't comprehend what I am saying. I emailed called and used the chat service. To date absolutely nothing being done.
